The Free Software Foundation (Hey, that's RMS's baby, right?) calls it "GNU/Linux".

Trisquel?  "GNU/Linux".  RMS uses this.

KNOPPIX?  "Gnu/Linux".

The GNU Project?  "Gnu/Linux".  Of course.  Why not?
